My Story

Hi, I’m Dr. Loïse Perruchoud—neuroscientist, fitness educator, and advocate for healthy aging. I’m on a mission to help women over 60 embrace their vitality, stay sharp, and live life to the fullest. Through science-based programs that combine movement, brain fitness, and strength training, I empower older adults to maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and thrive.

With a unique background as a former circus artist and Kizomba DJ, I bring creativity and joy to everything I do. Whether it’s teaching group classes, working one-on-one with clients, or training personal trainers to better support aging populations, my approach is holistic, empathetic, and fun.

Join me as we reimagine aging—not as a time of decline, but as an extraordinary chapter where you can truly shine. Let’s move, think, and live better—together.

What My Clients Say

"I have had personal training sessions with Loise for just over two years.  I am in my mid-seventies and like to travel to places that are remote and demand a degree of mobility and strength.  Loise provides sessions that are tailored to one’s physical capabilities, challenging but not overly aggressive.  I have seen great improvement with just one session per week.  My strength and mobility are up and my backpain has been effectively managed.  My sessions are on-line and are convenient to schedule.

I would strongly recommend Loise as she understands the physical challenges and needs of older clients.  She works towards individual goals in a positive and proactive manner."
