Personalized fitness training tailored to your goals and needs — whether you want to increase strength, manage osteoporosis or improve your balance. Dr. Loïse specializes in training older adults and those with osteoporosis or other brain/health conditions, like neuritis or MS.

Hi, I’m Dr. Loïse Perruchoud—neuroscientist, fitness educator, and advocate for healthy aging. I’m on a mission to help women over 60 embrace their vitality, stay sharp, and live life to the fullest. Through science-based programs that combine movement, brain fitness, and strength training, I empower older adults to maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and thrive.

With a unique background as a former circus artist and Kizomba DJ, I bring creativity and joy to everything I do. Whether it’s teaching group classes, working one-on-one with clients, or training personal trainers to better support aging populations, my approach is holistic, empathetic, and fun.
